Yes, our products are formulated with gentle, natural ingredients suitable for sensitive skin and hair types. Our founder Hildra has a full story behind her experience with eczema, and is very passionate about creating eczema-safe products!
Yes, we are committed to sustainability and offer refill options for powder washes and liquids to reduce packaging waste. We offer refills by volume in our Cluny Court store. You can visit the store here
Yes, all our products are cruelty-free, vegan, and free from harsh chemicals, ensuring ethical and sustainable practices.
Yes! Most of our products do not contain water so they are perfect for travel. However due to air pressure, we advise for you to store all oils and liquids in an airtight container. Please check out our Shampoo Bars and Head to Toe Collection to prepare for your next travel!
We offer a 7-day return policy for most items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
